All handsprays come with a 12 month warranty with normal use on all parts. It does not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, incorrect water pressure, improper installation or any alterations made to the product which are not authorised.

Defective or damaged items may be repaired or exchanged at the discretion for the same or manufacturers' equivalent model only.

All Bidets come with a Manufacturer's warranty that covers 100% replacement parts and labour for 12 months.
